Clients agree to:

B. Journalists

Journalists may:

  • Manage their profile and opt-in status
  • Access archives and resources relevant to their reporting

Journalists agree to:

  • Provide accurate professional information
  • Not redistribute or scrape data for commercial resale
  • Use content in accordance with standard journalistic practice

C. Site Visitors

All site visitors agree to:

  • Use the site only for lawful, informational purposes
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the site or its services
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas

4. Accounts and Access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

  • Clients retain ownership of submitted news releases.
  • By submitting content, you grant NewsReach a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to distribute, archive, and publish the content through our platform and associated channels.
  • We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or remove content that violates our standards.

6. AI Review and Editing

  • Clients may choose to use optional AI editing tools to improve draft submissions.
  • AI suggestions are automatically generated and are not reviewed by human editors unless explicitly requested.
  • NewsReach makes no guarantees as to the factual or legal accuracy of AI-edited content.

7. Distribution and Media Engagement

  • NewsReach distributes news releases to subscribed journalists and media outlets based on selected criteria.
  • We do not guarantee media pickup, coverage, or publication.
  • We are not responsible for how journalists use, interpret, or republish submitted content.

8. Plans, Pricing, and Discounts

  • Pricing and plan details are available on the Pricing page.
  • Nonprofits and public agencies may apply for discounted rates, subject to approval.
  • All payments are final unless otherwise stated.
  • Annual plans may offer discounts over monthly billing.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • We collect and store personal and organizational data in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Users may manage communication preferences via their account or by contacting support.

10. Archived Content

  • News releases older than 60 days will be moved to the Archived Releases section.
  • Clients may request removal of content by contacting support, subject to review.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, design, and branding are the property of PDR Strategies, LLC unless otherwise stated.
  • Users may not duplicate, reverse-engineer, or republish content without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

NewsReach and its owners are not liable for:

  • Failure of third-party delivery systems (email, hosting, etc.)
  • Missed distribution windows or delays
  • Media response or lack thereof
  • Unauthorized access to user data despite reasonable security

13. Termination
